This high-speed multi-row modified atmosphere fresh-locking chain plate sealing machine extends food shelf life in low-temperature refrigerated environments without preservatives. It supports vacuum sealing or fresh-keeping gas filling, with optional roll or sheet film. Features include automatic boxing, gas replacement, sealing, date printing, and unloading. Capable of sealing four or more boxes simultaneously, it significantly improves production efficiency while ensuring food freshness.

Working Principle

Modified atmosphere packaging replaces box air with fresh-keeping gas. The electrical system controls cylinder movements for mold operations, gas replacement, sealing, and film cutting. Standard sealing involves mold closure and film cutting.

Mixing Ratio

Gas mixers with fixed ratios provided based on food characteristics. Upgrade to ternary gas mixer available.
