This high-speed multi-row modified atmosphere fresh-locking chain plate sealing machine extends the shelf life of food in low-temperature refrigerated environments without preservatives. It supports vacuum or fresh-keeping gas filling, accepts roll or sheet film, and features automatic boxing, gas replacement, sealing, date printing, and unloading. The secondary sealing ensures reliability while sealing four or more boxes simultaneously improves efficiency.

Working Principle

The machine replaces box air with fresh-keeping gas, controlled by an electrical system that manages mold operations, gas filling, sealing, and film cutting. The process includes boxing, gas replacement, sealing, and finished product ejection.

Mixing Ratio

Gas mixers provide fixed ratios according to food characteristics. Optional upgrade to ternary gas mixer available.
