This high-speed multi-row modified atmosphere fresh-locking chain plate sealing machine extends the shelf life of food in low-temperature refrigerated environments without preservatives. It offers vacuum or fresh-keeping gas filling options, with choice between roll film or sheet film. Features include automatic boxing, gas replacement, sealing, secondary sealing for reliability, automatic unloading, date printing, and capability to seal four or more boxes simultaneously for improved efficiency.

Working Principle

The machine replaces box air with fresh-keeping gas. The electrical control system manages the execution system's cylinder to complete mold operations, heat sealing, film cutting and collection. The process includes boxing, gas replacement, sealing, and finished product ejection.

Mixing Ratio

Gas mixers with different ratios are provided based on food characteristics. Can be upgraded to ternary gas mixer at additional cost.
