Sealerall Braised Duck's Neck Modified Atmosphere Packaging Machine

This high-speed multi-row modified atmosphere fresh-locking chain plate sealing machine extends food shelf life in low-temperature refrigerated environments without preservatives. It supports vacuum or fresh-keeping gas filling, with optional roll or sheet film sealing. Features include automatic boxing, gas replacement, sealing, date printing, and unloading, with capacity for four or more simultaneous box seals to maximize efficiency.

Working Principle

The machine replaces box air with fresh-keeping gas. The electrical system controls cylinders to execute mold operations, gas replacement, sealing, and film cutting. Standard sealing involves mold closure and film cutting.
